1. Repair reporting method

    When your equipment failure, you can call our customer service number. The technical personnel of Zhenhua Zhizao will first provide online technical support. Please cooperate with our engineers to diagnose the fault, so as to quickly determine the cause of the fault. If the diagnosis result is not a hardware fault, please rectify the fault according to the method proposed by our engineers. If the diagnosis result is hardware fault, if your situation is in line with the scope of on-site service, on-site maintenance service will be provided according to this contract; If your situation does not meet the requirements of door-to-door service, please send it to our service center or negotiate with our service personnel to provide paid door-to-door service.


2. valid warranty

    2.1 Valid warranty certificates of this machine include: purchase and sales contract, purchase invoice, product warranty card, warranty label of the company, and machine number. The user must present one of the above credentials to obtain the service.

    2.2 Calculation of warranty period:

    2.2.1 When you provide a valid warranty certificate, the product warranty period shall be subject to the date indicated in the valid warranty certificate.

    2.2.2 Warranty period after hardware repair: If the original hardware is within the warranty period, it shall be maintained in accordance with the original warranty period; if the original hardware is beyond the warranty period, it shall be paid for.


3. Standard Service Provider (SSP)

    The standard service is: three years of free door-to-door service on the next working day.

    3.1 If special after-sales service is required, it shall be provided in accordance with the services agreed by both parties.

    3.2 During the warranty period, the hardware of the server, workstation and other complete machine products that are normally sold shall be guaranteed according to the service plan selected by the customer.

    3.3 For servers, workstations and other complete machine products normally sold, the original price can be refunded in case of hardware failure within seven days after being sold, and the new machine can be replaced in case of hardware failure within eight days to one month after being sold. The warranty will be provided in case of hardware failure within one month to three years after being sold.
